How to post a question

In order to help you the best that we can you need to provide as much information as possible. The more info you give the better we can help. Give straight forward information. Don't use text speak. Type in real sentences. Be patient. We will do the best we can to help.

Good info to provide is
What Anti-virus Software do you use if any?
What firewall Software
What web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc....)
The PC's behavior...random web pages popping up, etc.
Anything else you think that would be useful in diagnosing your problems.

Another useful thing is to post a screenshot of your PC's desktop. See this thread for info on how to capture a screenshot. Once you have your screenshot captured and saved to your hard drive the easiest thing to do is upload the picture to imageshack and post it in your thread here using the link provided to you from imageshack.
